Contest

 Monthly Tooth Brushing Contest
  ~ come with clean teeth to your appointment or brush them first thing upon comming to the office before   
      being called back for your appointment and you will be given a ticket to fill out!
 Monthly Appointment Contest
  ~ bring your appointment ticket to your appointment & drop it in the box at the front desk to enter the 
      contest!      (date & time must be the same as your appointment!)
 Monthly contest prizes: Drawings are held at the end of each month!
The winners will recive a $10 gift card of your choice to Starbucks, Cold Stone Creamery, or Jamba Juice!
 
Tri-annual Bike give away
At each adjustment appointment you can earn up to 3 tickets per visit.
To earn a ticket you need to:
1) Be on time for your appointment
2) Have no loose or broken braces
3) Have SUPURB tooth brushing
The winning tickets are drawn in January, May & September

  
 The Back to School Contest will be starting the end of June ~ Be sure to come by & enter to win a new backpack stuffed with everything you 
   will need for school!
